Hype ?? Maybe from gamers but I don't see journalists hyping about it. It's hardly had any coverage compared to the last game too.

Maybe they are talking about the current engine. The Samaritan demo is the new engine.
I expect Rage, L.A Noire, Deus Ex and Dead Space to be among the contenders too. The best year in a while it's been for video games !!
